Here’s some good news to boost your spirits on a blah Monday. Mark Stoops just told reporters that his team is “darn near 100%” in terms of availability following the holiday break. Yesterday, 157 players and staff members were tested without a single positive result. A few players’ flights were delayed coming back to town, so they will be tested today, but so far, so good.
With teams opting out of bowls left and right due to COVID (and last week’s report from Brandon Marcello that Kentucky’s availability may be in jeopardy), this is certainly good news.
