Kentucky will have another veteran in the wide receivers’ room next fall. Clevan Thomas is expected to return for the 2022 UK football season. Liam Coen confirmed what sources have told KSR in a candid conversation on today’s 11 Personnel.
Thomas spent his fifth season in Lexington wearing a headset on the UK sideline. Near the end of spring practice he suffered a torn ACL, effectively ending his 2021 season. Prior to the injury, his performance impressed the new UK offensive coordinator.
“He’s done some really nice things, some really nice things,” Coen said during the first week of spring practice.
