The Kentucky Wildcats have suffered their first major loss of 2017 due to injury.
On Monday, the school announced that offensive lineman Cole Mosier suffered a torn ACL. It occurred during Saturday’s team scrimmage, and it will end the senior’s UK career.
“We’re extremely disappointed about Cole’s injury,” head coach Mark Stoops said in a press release. “He has been with us all five seasons we’ve been at Kentucky. He helped set the example of hard work that is the theme of this program, as he came in as a walk-on and earned a scholarship.
