Another Kentucky women’s basketball transfer has landed at a Power 5 program
On Wednesday night, former Wildcat guard Kennedy Cambridge announced on social media that she has committed to the Ohio State Buckeyes. After spending just one season in Lexington, the rising sophomore entered her name into the transfer portal back on March 5. Cambridge took several visits, including stops at Oregon and Louisville, but ultimately landed with the Buckeyes — a projected Top 25 team for 2023-24 coming off an Elite 8 appearance this past season.
Kentucky has now lost three players to the transfer portal.
