One of Kentucky’s top targets for 2020 is set to transfer to the alma mater of former Wildcat superstar John Wall.
This evening, five-star forward Isaiah Todd announced that he would be transferring from Trinity Academy out of Raleigh, NC to Word of God Christian Academy in the same city.
In an interview with Jason Jordan of USA Today, Todd said that he decided to make the move because of his past relationship with newly-hired head coach Byron Williams, the former associate head coach at Shaw University.
“It’s the best decision for me,” Todd said. “I got to know Coach Williams a while back, and I really feel comfortable with him.
