The accolades continue to grow for Kentucky sophomore guard Immanuel Quickley.
This afternoon, the 6-foot-3 guard out of Havre De Grace, MD was named Associated Press Honorable Mention, garnering 17 total votes during the All-America voting process.
Quickley, who was also named SEC Player of the Year, finished the regular season averaging a team-high 16.2 points to go with 4.3 rebounds while shooting 42.0% from 3-point range. Starting with an 18-point performance in a win over Louisville, Quickley scored in double figures in 20 straight games to close the regular season. Over that time, Quickley averaged 18.
