Kentucky Remains Confident after Loss to No. 10 Georgia

Mark Stoops was shut out for the first time since he became the Wildcats’ head coach. On the other hand, Kentucky’s defense held a top 20 scoring offense to zero points in the first half.

If that’s the No. 10 team in the country, then what are we? We played them very hard tonight at their place. Our confidence level is still through the roof,” Lynn Bowden said after Kentucky’s 21-0 loss.

It took Bowden more than three quarters to complete a pass in the rain, but Georgia’s Jake Fromm wasn’t much better.
