Kentucky is expected to add JUCO quarterback Stephen Johnson shortly after his visit. While adding Johnson wasn’t an unforeseen addition, Kentucky will also be adding former Cincinnati signal caller Luke Wright.
Wright (6-foot-4, 205-pounds), who was a walk-on last season, will have to sit out next year and will be on the active roster for the 2017 season.
Former UC QB Luke Wright was a preferred walk-on from Atlanta. Could possibly add depth and familiarity. Stay tuned for furture QB decisions

A redshirt freshman, Wright played very limited snaps this season, appearing in four games and completing 1 of 3 passes for 16 yards.
