On Monday night, former Rhode Island defensive back Antonio Carter announced through social media that he has received an offer from the Kentucky coaching staff. The 6-foot-1, 200-pound native of Orlando, FL entered his name into the portal on April 16 and has since picked up nine Divison I offers.
In 2022, Carter started all 11 games for Rhode Island, finishing fourth on the team in tackles with 60 in addition to 4.5 tackles for loss, one sack, one interception, and 10 pass breakups.
