Kentucky moves up two spots in the AP Poll

After wins over Georgia and Texas Tech, Kentucky moved up in the new AP Poll, but not much. The Cats rose two spots to No. 13 in the new rankings, which just hit the presses.

Most of the top 10 remained the same. Baylor is still No. 1, followed by Gonzaga, Kansas, San Diego State, and Florida State. Louisville stayed at No. 6, while Michigan State dropped from No. 11 to No. 14. Auburn is No. 17 and LSU entered the rankings at No. 22. Texas Tech, formerly No. 18, is no longer ranked.
