LEXINGTON, Ky. – After earning a No. 9 ranking the preseason Associated Press (AP) Top 25 earlier this month, the Kentucky men’s basketball team will hold the same preseason ranking in the first edition of the USA Today Sports Men’s Basketball Coaches Poll, announced Wednesday.
Kentucky has flaunted a preseason coaches’ poll ranking 60 times dating back to the inaugural poll in 1950.
