Phenix City (Ala.) Central wide receiver Karmello English has long been one of the top targets on Kentucky’s recruiting board in the class of 2023. Despite a verbal commitment to Auburn in July, wide receivers coach Scott Woodward has kept in contact with the top-200 prospect.
That is paying off now that Karmello English has decommitted from Auburn. The blue-chip wide receiver is officially back on the open market with Kentucky, Michigan, and Penn State pursuing the four-star prospect. Meanwhile, Oklahoma and Ole Miss are working to schedule the final available official visits for the prospect.
