Kentucky Football’s Cole Mosier Out for the Season

Senior offensive tackle Cole Mosier tore his ACL during Saturday’s scrimmage and will miss the 2017 season.

LEXINGTON, Ky. – Kentucky offensive tackle Cole Mosier suffered a torn anterior cruciate ligament in his right knee during Saturday’s scrimmage and will miss the 2017 season. The senior from Walton, Ky., is not eligible for a sixth season, thus ending his Wildcat career.

Mosier, a 6-foot-6, 335-pounder who was slated to start at left tackle for the Wildcats again this season, is scheduled to have surgery on Thursday, Aug. 17.
