The beloved Bye Week is finally here. Unlike previous years, it does not fall in the middle of the season and there is more than one on the schedule. A week for recovery and self-reflection, allow me to grade each position group’s progress thus far. Yes, there is a curve. What kind of jerk professor doesn’t grade on a curve?
Kicking: D-
Kentucky was a chip shot field goal away from defeating Florida. The Mississippi State game could have been salvaged if two field goals sailed through the uprights. The emergence of the Spicy Italian Meatball could change things in the second half of the season.
