Kentucky football has raided the Sun Belt for defensive coaching hires

There are two FBS football conferences within the Southeastern footprint of the United States. One is known as the SEC and plays elite-level football every Saturday. The other is the Sun Belt and is slept on nationally every year.

Louisville’s Scott Satterfield, West Virginia’s Neal Brown, and Missouri’s Eli Drinkwitz were all recent hires who won big in the Sun Belt.
