UK head coach Mark Stoops announced today that defensive backs coach Steve Clinkscale and inside linebackers coach Jon Sumrall have earned new titles.
Clinkscale has been elevated to defensive passing game coordinator and Sumrall has been promoted to co-defensive coordinator.

LEXINGTON, Ky. – Kentucky head coach Mark Stoops has announced that defensive backs coach Steve Clinkscale and inside linebackers coach Jon Sumrall have been elevated to defensive passing game coordinator and co-defensive coordinator, respectively.
“Coach Clinkscale has had major input in our defensive scheme since his arrival here at UK,” Stoops said.
