The University of Kentucky football program officially announced the addition of 13 early enrollees for the 2022 spring semester. The group of newcomers includes three transfers, three preferred walk-ons and the highest-ranked player in the 2022 recruiting class, Kiyaunta Goodwin.
The most newsworthy portion of this announcement is not who was included, rather who was omitted. At the conclusion of the Early Signing Period, Kentucky expected ten players to arrive on campus for the spring semester. JUCO cornerback Zah Frazier made an unexpected move by flipping from UK to UTSA.
