LEXINGTON — Three-star Georgia prep wide receiver Chauncey Magwood committed to Kentucky football's 2021 class on Wednesday.
Magwood picked UK over finalists Louisville, Florida State, Arkansas, Nebraska and South Carolina. The 6-foot, 176-pound receiver is ranked as a top-40 prospect in the state of Georgia by the 247Sports Composite, which averages the ratings of the major recruiting services.
Magwood is Kentucky's fourth commitment in the 2021 class, joining Somerset QB Kaiya Sheron and Ohio prep offensive linemen Paul Rodriguez and David Wohlabaugh. Three-star Ohio prep linebacker Devon Williams recently flipped his commitment from Kentucky to Minnesota.
