UK has released the official list of jersey numbers for every player entering next year, though the school made sure to note that the players’ heights and weights are unofficial. Even so, it is always good to see the first roster for the upcoming team, as it signals that next season is not too far away as Kentucky looks to contend for title No. 9.
There weren’t any major revelations from the first official roster for next season, but one somewhat notable measurement is freshman wing Kahlil Whitney being 6-6. He’s been listed as 6-7 by some outlets, and with UK thin in the frontcourt, Whitney could end up playing the 4 a lot this coming season.
