Bad news, Big Blue Nation… Kentucky Baseball did not earn an invite to the 2022 NCAA Tournament.
Despite being one of the hotter teams on the bubble and a slayer of giants with the third-most wins over the RPI Top 25, the Wildcats did not hear their name called on Selection Monday when the 64-team field was revealed.
Not for a lack of trying, Kentucky won four of its last five games of the regular season, including an entire series over Auburn, a tournament team, followed by three wins down in Hoover at the SEC Tournament.
