LEXINGTON - At two powerhouse programs like Kentucky and Louisville, the head coaches are bound to go head to head for top-flight recruits occasionally.

But thus far in Chris Mack’s tenure at Louisville, recruiting battles with Kentucky and John Calipari have been limited to the periphery.

Louisville was an early player for Kentucky freshman forward Keion Brooks, but the Cards did not make his top-10 list.
