Minnesota Timberwolves star Karl-Anthony Towns is set to miss more than a month due to a meniscus tear in his left knee.

According to reports, Towns will undergo surgery to repair the tear and will be reevaluated in a month. He is expected to return early in the Western Conference playoffs.

Towns is averaging 22.1 point and 8.4 rebounds per game this season.
