Last week, the majority of basketball fans in America hadn’t heard the name Kai Sotto. But after the 7-foot-2 center from the Philippines took an unofficial visit to the University of Kentucky on Monday, Dec. 9, that all began to change. Of course, Sottos’ tweets from his visit – including some pictures of John Calipari on an elliptical – didn’t hurt his notoriety either.
Now, Sotto has also met with the Cats’ next opponent – Georgia Tech – as well as DePaul University in Chicago. National recruiting expert Evan Daniels broke the news, but Sotto later tweeted about both visits, confirming Daniels’ information.
