LEXINGTON, Ky. — A U.S. district judge granted a motion Friday to move NCAA basketball official John Higgins' lawsuit against Kentucky Sports Radio and operators Matt Jones and Drew Franklin from Nebraska to the Eastern District of Kentucky.

Attorneys for Higgins previously argued Higgins would "face substantial obstacles to a fair trial in Kentucky," in a brief in opposition to the motion filed by KSR and Jones and Franklin.
