Josh Paschal to undergo final skin cancer treatment

Mark Stoops said Paschal has another immunotherapy treatment coming up in August, hopefully, Paschal’s last one. The hope is that after this final treatment, Paschal can say he beat skin cancer. Prayers up, fingers cross.

It was around this time last year when Pashcal was diagnosed with melanoma after having a skin lesion removed from his foot, which a tearful Mark Stoops announced publicly to start media day. Paschal missed the majority of his second season, but miraculously fought back to earn a start against Middle Tennessee State and brief appearances in two other games.

This year Paschal will move back to outside linebacker on the defense to help fill the enormous hole left open by Josh Allen.
