Although the NBA season is set to resume in just under six weeks, the offseason has already hit some teams. The Washington Wizards, who have seen John Wall play little over the last two seasons, are one that won’t return to action.
That means it’s time to look towards the future for Washington. While that immediate future may be more focused on the draft, the team will have the cap space to have an active free agency period as well.
That said, John Wall, a five-time All-Star, is pushing for the team to use some of that cap to sign former Wildcats teammate DeMarcus Cousins.
