An Eastern Kentucky coal miner who rushed from work to attend the Blue-White Game in Pikeville has gone viral.
John Calipari recognized the man on social media this morning, noting that he has VIP tickets for the man and his family to attend an upcoming game at Rupp Arena.
This is a great gesture by Calipari and this man embodies the spirit of hundreds of years of Eastern Kentuckians:
