While our main focus has been on football for the last several days, we have some basketball recruiting news you probably missed! On Friday night, Kentucky assistant coach Joel Justus attended the Farm Bureau Classic at Dorman High School in Roebuck, South Carolina.
Forward Zion Williamson of Spartanburg Day School, overall No. 1 in the 2018 recruiting class, is a prime target for Kentucky. At the Classic, Williamson averaged 43 points and had 14.3 rebounds and 2.6 blocks. While he doesn’t have an official offer from Kentucky yet, early offers from Duke, North Carolina, Kansas, Arizona and others have come in.
