Jay Bilas called out referee John Higgins during the Texas vs. Kansas game last night.
Higgins gave Texas head coach Shaka Smart a technical foul, then actually followed him to the huddle in a threatening manner.
Bilas called Higgins’ behavior totally inappropriate.

My opinion is that John Higgins is a terrible official.
