Only one day after reports that former Kentucky commit Jarren Williams was set to transfer from Miami, Williams has reportedly decided to stay with the Hurricanes.
The former four-star quarterback twice committed to Kentucky in the Class of 2018, only to decommit both times and choose the University of Miami.
On Wednesday, when word of Williams potentially transferring surfaced, there was much speculation that he would find his way to Lexington after all.
That won’t be happening now. According to the latest report from 247 Sports, Miami Head Coach Mark Richt and his coaching staff convinced Williams to stay.
