The one thing that could not happen in Kentucky’s Blue-White Game did happen: Jaland Lowe went down with a right shoulder injury, making his way back to the locker room with Big Blue Nation left speechless inside Historic Memorial Coliseum.
Lowe told the training staff it “popped out” on the floor, writhing in pain before they quickly popped his shoulder back in place. He got up and walked off under his own power, but could not move his arm as he left the court. Mark Pope did not immediately provide an update on the SEC Network+ broadcast, but shared the latest at the start of his postgame press conference.
