Immanuel Quickley shares emotional NBA Draft night footage, moment he became a Knick

After two years in Lexington that saw him go from averaging 5.2 points per contest as a freshman to earning SEC Player of the Year and All-SEC First Team honors as a sophomore, Immanuel Quickley is a New York Knickerbocker.

Following a long road through the high school and college ranks, Quickley saw his basketball dreams come true when the Oklahoma City Thunder selected him with the 25th pick, followed by the Knicks immediately trading for him. Officially a Knick, Quickley will join former Wildcats such as Kevin Knox, Julius Randle, Nerlens Noel, Michael Kidd-Gilchrist and Kenny Payne in New York.
