There weren’t a ton of offensive highlights in Kentucky’s 10-3 win over Auburn, but on defense, there were plenty.
The Cats totaled 7 sacks and 12 tackles for loss, and held the Tigers to 241 total yards. After a rough couple of games, Brad White’s unit answered the bell, holding Auburn’s offense in check to allow Cutter Boley and the offense to put up just enough points to win. Jacob Kauwe got the Cats on the board first with a 48-yard field goal, which the Tigers matched just before halftime.
In the second half, Kentucky took the lead again with a 13-yard touchdown pass from Boley to Kendrick Law with 9:27 to go in the third quarter.
