The Kentucky Wildcats returned to Rupp Arena after back to back road game to take on the Ole Miss Rebels.
Defense was the story of the first half, as neither team was able to get much going offensively.
At the under 12 timeout, Kentucky held a slim 10-7 lead after a jumper by Tyrese Maxey.
The Rebels eventually got a few shots to fall and was able to take the lead and held a 22-18 lead with just under 4 minutes left.
Neither team ended the half strong, but Kentucky trailed 27-22 with under a minute left.
