The Kentucky Wildcats held on to beat the Vanderbilt Commodores 14-7 on Saturday. The Cats now sit at 6-1 and are bowl eligible for the 3rd consecutive season. They sit tied for 1st place in the SEC East, continuing to build to the match-up against Georgia on November 3rd.

Kentucky’s defense was stellar once again, but the offense struggled throughout the game. The game was tied at 7-all for what seemed like forever before Benny Snell put the offense on his back and scored the go-ahead touchdown in the middle of the 4th quarter.
