HALFTIME: Trent Noah is hurt and Kentucky can't shoot -- anything else you need to know?

Kentucky only has 28 points at halftime against a terrible Nicholls team with absolutely mind-boggling shooting splits of 30/13/46 — oh, and another player got hurt. The only thing that would make this worse is the Colonels actually leading at the break, but fortunately, they stink.

Or is the defense good again after being very bad against Georgetown? I don’t know anymore. Either way, the Wildcats are holding their opponent to an abysmal 12.0 percent overall and 7.1 percent from deep, setting up a 13-point lead after 20 minutes.

Jasper Johnson (2-4 FG) and Denzel Aberdeen (2-4 FG) have scored five apiece, followed by Otega Oweh (1-5 FG), Collin Chandler (1-4 FG) and Brandon Garrison (2-3 FG) with four, Mo Dioubate (1-3 FG) with three, Andrija Jelavic (1-4 FG) with two and Malachi Moreno (1-4 FT) with one.
