Former Kentucky quarterback Tim Couch elected to the College Football Hall of Fame

Former Kentucky quarterback Tim Couch has been elected to the College Football Hall of Fame.

Couch’s career totals include 795 completions in 1,184 attempts (67.1 percent) for 8,435 yards and 74 touchdowns. He broke 7 NCAA records, 14 SEC records and 26 school records.

LEXINGTON, Ky. – Tim Couch, All-America and record-setting quarterback who led the University of Kentucky football team to some of its greatest moments in school history, has been elected to the College Football Hall of Fame.

The National Football Foundation & College Hall of Fame made the announcement Monday afternoon on ESPN.
