Darin Hinshaw is on the move once again, with the former Kentucky quarterbacks coach now heading to UAB to become an analyst.
The news was reported by On3’s Matt Zenitz on Thursday.
Hinshaw spent the 2021 season at his alma mater working as an analyst under Gus Malzahn at Central Florida. As a player, Hinshaw played quarterback for the Knights, throwing for 9,000 yards and 82 touchdowns from 1991-94.
Prior to his lone season at UCF, Hinshaw served as Kentucky’s co-offensive coordinator and quarterbacks coach from 2016-20.
