Do you remember Greg Nord? Me neither. But apparently, he played football for the University of Kentucky in the 1970’s, and then served as an assistant coach from 1979-1989 and 2011-2012 before being asked to leave Lexington along with former head coach Joker Phillips.
Now a member of the Florida Gators coaching staff, Nord recently commented to the Orlando Sentinel on how he views his new team’s winning streak.
"Now as far as programs growing, where we're at now, we're one of the elite programs in the country and they're not. So it probably means more to them than it does to us as far as the streak.
