The dynasty continues in Lexington. Kentucky Volleyball opens the 2025 season ranked No. 7 in the preseason Top 25, marking another milestone for a program that’s become synonymous with sustained excellence. Under Craig Skinner, the Wildcats have now won eight consecutive SEC titles—the longest active streak among all Power Four programs. The Cats have been an incredibly dominant force the last decade, in fact they may be the best program on Kentucky's campus in that time frame.
This latest ranking is no surprise to those who’ve followed Kentucky’s rise over the last decade. Skinner’s squad isn’t just dominating the conference; they’re doing it against the best in the nation.
