Duke Drops Zero Spots in NET Rankings After Embarrassing Loss at Lowly Wake Forest

For the second week in a row, the Duke Blue Devils lost an embarrassing game to an ACC opponent.

Last week, the Blue Devils suffered a 22-point beat down on the road at North Carolina State. Last night, Wake Forest dropped 113 points on Duke in a double overtime win. The Demon Deacons (12-15) are currently 14th in the ACC standings.

Amazingly, Duke held firm in the NCAA’s NET Rankings after both losses:

Kentucky is finally in the top 20 of the NET Rankings at No. 19 after last night’s action.

The Wildcats are still behind Ohio State (18-9), West Virginia (19-9), Michigan State (19-9) and Arizona (19-8).
