According to Arizona’s sports station 98.7 FM, former Kentucky Wildcats star and current Phoenix Suns sharpshooter will undergo hand surgery on his right hand Monday.
Booker will surely miss the start of Suns training camp and his status for the Suns’ regular-season opener on October 17th against the Dallas Mavericks is now in question.
Booker has reportedly been dealing with the lingering right-hand surgery since March of 2018. He sustained the injury after jamming it in practice. He missed the last 12 games of the season after wearing a splint for the few games he played after the injury.
