Davion Mintz is headed to New Orleans this week after all. The Kentucky graduate guard will participate in the State Farm College Men’s 3-Point Championship on Thursday, March 31, and the Reese’s College All-Star Game on Friday, April 1.
The 3-Point Championship starts at 9 p.m. ET Thursday at Xavier University of Louisiana’s Convocation Center and will be televised on ESPN. Rhyne Howard will represent Kentucky in the Women’s 3-Point Championship. The Slam Dunk Championship will also be held Thursday night at the same venue. (Where’s Jacob Toppin’s invite?) The Reese’s College All-Star Game features the top seniors in college basketball.
