After being drafted in the middle of second round in the 2015 NBA Draft, Dakari Johnson has had a long journey to complete his NBA dream.
After two years of playing in the D-League for the OKC Blue (the Thunder’s affiliate), it seems that he’s finally made it. Thunder beat reporter Brett Dawson of NewsOK.com reported that Johnson has signed a two year deal. Perhaps most importantly, the money from the contract is all guaranteed.
Dakari has made a name for himself in the D-League by being one of the most dominant players in the NBA’s minor league.
