Kentucky gave up 56 points in the loss to Tennessee last night, but starting quarterback Cutter Boley had one of the all-time great UK freshman performances.
Boley completed 26-of-35 pass attempts for a career-best 330 yards and a career-best 5 touchdowns.
His 5 touchdown passes set a new UK freshman record, and were the most Andre Woodson had 6 against Tennessee in 2007.
Boley’s 330 passing yards are the most for a UK freshman since Jared Lorenzen threw for 385 yards vs. Vanderbilt in 2000.
