A couple of Wildcats are considered to be among the best players in the Southeastern Conference.
On Wednesday, the league office announced its preseason All-SEC Teams as voted on by the conference’s 16 coaches. Kentucky women’s basketball forwards Clara Strack and Teonni Key were both tabbed to the All-SEC Second Team. UK was also picked to finish seventh in the standings, with Texas the favorite to win the league.
This marks the second preseason honor for Strack, who was also named to the All-SEC Second Team earlier this month by the media.
