Kentucky's basketball team got a wake-up call at 3:30 a.m. Saturday morning in advance of its afternoon game at Alabama.

And then another around 5 a.m. before a third at 7 a.m.

Yes, the fire alarm at UK's hotel in Tuscaloosa went off three times last night, a team spokesman confirmed. For the first at 3:30 a.m., the Wildcats evacuated the hotel. They did not for the 5 a.m. one, which only lasted about a minute, and by 7 a.m. the team was already leaving for a pregame shootaround.

For what it's worth, UK's team officials do not believe the alarm incidents were part of a prank.
