Canada announces U23 training camp team ahead of GLOBL JAM

Canada constructed a star-studded roster for the 2022 edition of the GLOBL JAM, one featuring eight high-major college basketball players and multiple pros. Marcus Carr (Texas), Charles Bediako (Alabama), Ryan Nembhard (Gonzaga) and Leonard Miller (G League Ignite) were among the headliners, presenting a significant challenge to Baylor, who represented the United States last summer. Canada defeated the U.S. 69-67 in the first battle, followed by first-rounder Keyonte George willing the Bears to a 93-87 victory in the rematch with a 37-point individual effort.

Canada Basketball is gearing up for its 2023 run in the GLOBL JAM, again announcing a competitive group of 18 athletes set to compete in the U23 Men’s National Team training camp, taking place from July 1-9.
