California is the early front-runner to land Marcus Lee, according to Jeff Goodman, who is obviously in contact with the Lee family. Goodman has been all over the Lee beat since before the combine, and now he is reporting that Cal is the likely destination for Lee’s final season of college basketball in 2017-18.
Cal was one of Lee’s final three schools when he committed to Kentucky back in October of 2012. He came very close to committing to the Bears due to its proximity to home, which Lee says will be a major factor in his upcoming decision.
