Texas A&M head coach and ESPN split-screen star Buzz Williams was very complimentary of John Calipari following A&M’s loss to the Cats down in College Station last night. It was Williams’ first game against Calipari in the SEC and he opened his postgame press conference with very, very, very kind words for his opponent.
Williams said, “Anybody that is inducted to a Hall of Fame while their career is still going on, I think that that’s incredibly rare. He’s the best coach, in my opinion, in this generation of college athletics, that could do the job that he has done at Kentucky.
